Fracture/ painfull collapse of vertebral body due to osteoporosis absence of analgesic response or inadequate response to the analgesic treatment. |

Painful vertebral fracture secondary to a benign or malignant tumor: hemangioma, myeloma or metastatic lesions. |

Painful vertebral fracture secondary to osteonecrosis (Kummel disease). |

Unstable fracture by compression with radiological evidence of movement at the wedge. |

Presurgical vertebral reinforcement: unstable patients, loss of substance or bone destruction secondary to osteoporosis or tumors. |
